It’s like you pay three star hotel and get five star service. I love the way how the staff treat customer which mades me feel so warm and cheer. Room is clean and neat, comfortable bed and there something special in the pillow, not sure what’s that but very nice to sleep with it. Electric plug port is very enough and build in very convenient location, two port each side of the bed too. I love the environment too which there’s in house restaurant just next to the lobby and at the night time there have live-band performances, the vibe is so great tho. Extra point is they serves complimentary tea/coffee and dessert at the afternoon time. Last but not least there’s a lot of parking lots out there and the hotel have a big parking park just less than one minute walk away. I’ve so much compliment for this hotel tho if you’re looking for staycation which is very suitable also, a lots restaurant just walking distance.

We booked for 2 duplex room for business suites … starting from the check in, the process is smooth and the receptionist staffs were very friendly, polite and helpful. The elevator takes us to first floor where we were impressed by the decoration and design along the way to our room, we felt like we were inside the palace. The room was very beautiful, from the kitchen to the living room, bedrooms and bathroom. Everything that was inside the room left us speechless. The receptionist also accommodating our request for late check out and we felt very grateful for that. Also you’re entitled for complimentary high tea at their japanese cafe upon checked in. We had a buffet breakfast at their another restaurant, Cawanmu. The food tasted good but the portion is inadequate .

I dont like cold temperature during night so I just switch off the A/C and turn on the fan. Its superb! The food all is delicious! They give us desert Signature during Hi-Tea and it wassss soo delicious! The staff are all nice! During check out my car's tire is flatten. So the staff quickly solve the problem. ぜんぶすばらしい！！

We were given complimentary coupons for high-tea, and that was spectacular with the cookies, cakes , drinks and many more. The breakfast also includes and it was nice.

The breakfast menu are pretty decent.masa pegi tu not have nasi lemak,im dissapointed.the staffs good in helping, well manners. Got complimentary hi-tea that am not expected.thank you.
